      Pros

      Great customers, well depending on location. But mostly its decent just to make money.

      Cons

      LOW PAY! Over work you for no money. Its a stepping stone NOT a career choice. Go make money and leave.

      Good for getting back into the work force

      Pros

      You can get a full time work with benefits. There is opportunity to learn new skills that you can build your resume with. It's not hard to get promoted if you are a good employee. I was a stay at home mom and needed to get back into work and Goodwill gave me that chance. I've been able to build my skills and go to school. It's not a lifetime career for me, but some people have worked here for 20 plus years.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Work is hard because of understaffing and demands for reaching goals with minimal tools.
