      Liked the work I was doing

      Cons

      Didn't feel supported, felt rushed to finish legal paperwork while also taking care of adults with disabilities. Couldn't legally do any paperwork while they were under my supervision and had little to no help at times. Would get spoken to when we had to stay 15-30 minutes over to finish documentation that had to be submitted same day. No winning.

      Supportive supervisor, flexible schedule, inclusive environment

      no merit based raises, executive leadership seems a bit chaotic, lack of organization and communication as a whole amongst different departments.
