Pros
Great cause, many learning opportunities. With better and more stable leadership, it could be a really great place to work. Many good people work there. Inspirational case stories of people overcoming amazing odds.
Cons
Too many meetings, too much politics, constantly shifting priorities. People's experience do not necessarily support the positions they are in. There is not a great deal of trust in the culture because of the way people are treated both openly and behind closed doors. Lots of turf guarding and high turn-over.
