All Google benefits are amazing! 2 stars given by me are just for this.

Cons

1. For new sub-organizations (within Google) that work on Google Cloud work environment is not great. Please do not get into these orgs! 2. Scope for promotions is very less due to high competition 3. I was shocked to learn that performance review for every individual in this organization is relative. Completing your yearly OKRs and performing excellent on your engagement gives you below average rating at best. You also need to participate in extra curicular activities to "improve" your visibility even though its an optional OKR. In every other modern tech company performance reviews are compared against a candidate's own previous reviews. But not here LOL. 4. Most of the Managers leading these organizations have polluted Google's work culture by bringing their own. Despite undergoing training for the same. 5. Moral: If you are getting into Google and your do not work in Google Cloud domain, you will be very happy. Do not work in Google Cloud Orgs. You will get frustrated in 1-2 years.
