Pros

Immaterial compensation/perks like free gym and classes, food and occasional company-sponsored events

Cons

I've worked at this company for several years and the overlapping roles, responsibilities, and mixed lines of communication from an increasingly hierarchical reporting chain make getting anything done an unending grind. Several layers of bureaucratic approvals for even the smallest of changes or improvements to our work.

Pros

Google consistently ranks among the top companies to work for, and for good reason. The company offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including competitive compensation, generous paid time off, and a wide range of perks and amenities. Google also has a strong commitment to employee development and growth, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement. Additionally, the company fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages employees to think outside the box and make a real impact.

Cons

None really I can think of.
