Pros

Pay is great although raises have been very low the past couple of years. You work with some of the smartest people in the industry and learn a ton... there's never a shortage of problems to solve. Great Benefits, perks, free food, education reimbursement, parental leave, mental health resources, and more...

Cons

High workload and expectations, mandatory work from office 3 days even if you don't work with anyone in the office and all of your stakeholders/teammates are in other locations, work-life balance is horrible but depends on your team/manager. Very difficult to get promoted and opportunities for growth or lateral movement are slim in recent times. All about individual performance reviews versus doing the right thing or focusing on innovation and the customer.
