      Pros

      Good environment, good food, you can focus on technologies, and the pay is ok. You will work together with many start persons.

      Cons

      Too many smart people, so it's hard to get promoted, especially in remote offices. It's hard, really hard, and challenging.

      google has managed to still stay a very good place to work even though it has grown a lot in the past few years. work life balance, culture, and professional/career growth are still top notch.

      Cons

      getting a bit bit which means more and more restrictions are in place for movement and growth, but still not as bad as other places.
