      Great company, but be aware of the performance every 5 months

      Pros

      You can work by your own, there's a lot of technical challenges. There's a lot of ownership in the daily work. Teams are usually friendly

      Cons

      You can end in a team no related to your work due to an re-organization Perf is every ~6 months, but the process takes ~2 months, it's long and tiring. Growing is hard, really hard.
