Pros

Planet scale projects, smart people.

Cons

Politics and bureaucracy of the worst kind, lost in a woke la-la land, extreme hypocrisy. Promotions are a pipe dream, talent rarely matters, but your pronouns, gender (or lack thereof) and skin color certainly do! Veterans may disagree with all this, but who cares about a bunch of entitled old-timers who have made their money riding the wave, while wearing rose tinted glasses and sighing with nostalgia.

Pros

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including free food, free coffee, and education reimbursement programs.

Cons

Coming from outside the company, you may find colleagues in leadership positions who have less experience in the specific role, but more overall company tenure. This is often due to internal promotions rather than a reflection of individual performance.
