Pros

Challenging position. Rewarding career. Great Career opportunity Top tier benefits. Brilliant and helpful coworkers.

Cons

quarterly performance reviews focus on two dimensional impact, which can make the success motive rewarding for transient successes. I.E. Projects are sometimes spooled up for perf impact, and then discarded after promotions are recieved.
