Pros

Lots of smart people. Team atmosphere where it seems like most people are making a difference. Unusual perks that lead to being a member of a family, a team.

Cons

Management has spoiled us in order to become the #1 forbes rated company. Now they think we are a bunch of entitled a$$sholes. They created us... now they are unhappy with what they promised us to get to #1.

Pros

- Experience of working at fantastic scale - You work with the best tools for large scale data analysis and web applications. Period. - Great, fun people, good conversations - Slightly chaotic free-for-all feeling

Cons

- The software stack is entirely in-house and proprietary, so a LOT of time is spent learning tools that won't be useful when you leave. - The entitlement complex a few people have is embarassing and scary - Slightly chaotic free-for-all feeling
