Pros

What I like most of Google is the culture. It is a relaxed environment where I have a few deadlines, most of the time extendible. Everyone can manage their time and the timetable is flexible. There is a 3-day work from office policy, but if I have to stay at home for a couple of days (e.g. receiving a delivery) the manager will not mind.

Cons

It is getting a bit full of burocracy: if you have an idea it takes a lot of time to implement it because it goes through a lot of reviews. Sometimes I feel there are no stimulus because there is a slow pace.

The amount of learning can be overwhelming.
