      Good benefits, competitive salary on a country level, good work life balance

      Cons

      Work can be boring, especially in low-paid offices. They move old projects from US to cheaper location so that more engineers can maintain them. Salary is competitive but only if compared with local jobs. In Warsaw, salary is much lower than in Zurich even though you often work with them. Attitude of many engineers is "do 2 years here, move to Zurich / US, etc" which is demotivating. Some managers are hired quickly and don't seem to be very skilled.
