- Firm very flexible with letting you work in your industry of choice (or work in multiple industries) - In general, office cultures are upbeat and friendly - Opportunity for greater responsibility much earlier then you would see at Big 4 - In general you'll work less hours than at a Big 4 Firm (slightly) - After a year, Partners will actually know your name
Cons
- Slightly lower salary than Big 4 (approx. 5%) - Not as many big, public clients as Big 4
