Pros

The culture is pretty good but it is changing. There is easy access to leadership. There are lots of training and certification opportunities.

Cons

There is a core group of people who do all the work. The pay could be better. For the last 3 years, they pushed back our bonuses. You really don't have any say on what client you would like to serve. Just work on the client you've been assigned. You'll get annoying emails that will ask you to email someone because he or she couldn't do it.

Pros

Flexible work schedule and not a lot of overtime

Cons

Very strict with PTO requests and dumb policy during fiscal year end - not allowed to take off days from middle of July - middle of September, even though work doesn't start until the last day of july.
