Pros

Seems like there is ample oppurtunity for advancement and the people are fun to work. Also, service lines are expanding what services the offer and have good national leadership

Cons

There is a lack of knowledge management that is available at other international accounting firms to support less experienced staff. Also, it does not seem like all offices are doing the same amount of work but it is not reflected in the compensation.

Pros

The Q Center and Flexibility and partner relationship with staff members.

Cons

Long hours and lack of diversity amongst staff. GT tends to recruit from the same Universities over and over. Need a change

Pros

The people were all very intelligent and helpful to junior employees. It was a hard working office, and everyone seemed comitted to client service

Cons

Compensation for associates and interns were below the big 4 rates, while often we were better and had to participate on many more aspects of each engagement.
