Pros

Lots of ability to be in involved in the business. You can start your career there and expect to see a lot of roles.

Cons

Horrible management and blaming. There is many back office blame sessions that will throw you under the bus and you will never know.

No place for IT professionals.

Pros

Great co-workers! All of the IT members (for the most part) are great people to work with and have for a friend. BTW,, Stephen Chipman is no longer the CEO, he has not been for some time.

Cons

Quote from leadership: "We are not an IT company, there is no place here for someone wanting an IT career". Currently looking at Managed Services (new buzz word for Outsourced) but will give no commitment either way right now. Many talented, dedicated IT people are leaving the company.

Pros

Most of the people are pretty nice. The admin staff is great and very caring even though many of the managers and partners are really mean to them. Nice working for a global company that has been around for awhile.

Cons

Many of the partners are so afraid to take risks it kills innovation and creativity. I mean I know these people are accountants, so they are not the most dynamic people, but come on, show a little back bone and take a chance once in awhile. It also seems like it's very much who you know, instead of what you know and your accomplishments to get promoted. Also, salary model is way lower than the competition.
