Pros

Creative work. Supportive colleagues. Great spirit. The work is interesting and there are a lot of experts and a great research team to rely on. There are international travel opportunities in many roles. It’s a credible org that cares about getting it right and making a real difference in the world.

Cons

Big difference between canvass offices and other jobs. Work life balance is varied depending on the role. There is a lack of diversity at highest levels of the org.
