Pros

Vacation and sick time. Telework and flexibility. Domestic and international travel. Looks great on résumé. Affordable benefits. Casual dress code. One can grow at an accelerated rate if (s)he is politically savvy.

Cons

Incompetent executives. Too politically biased against moderate or conservative views. Often too casual. Racist—No person of color should support this organization as a donor. People of color are disparately impacted by the organizational policies. International and local scandals.

Cons

Unionized Seasonal work as a canvasser Didn’t run into a lot of problems but I could do without the constant activities and group play to warm us up... it got a bit much
