Pros

Great people truly passionate about what they do Some excellent leaders who really care about staff Very rewarding work Fun team-building games and great social vibe Good training available and volunteer opportunities

Cons

Fundraising team fantastic but managers in Sydney can be really demoralising Too much pressure on staff - massive turnover Not enough education of fundraisers on street about Greenpeace campaigns (can accidentally mislead public) High turnover 'part of job' - mental health issues cropped up among team

Pros

Intelligent and passionate staff; the issues and campaigns the organization works on are incredible to be a part of.

Cons

Greenpeace is effective because of its global scope, but the large bureaucracy that such an organization requires can be tedious to navigate at times.
