Pros

Staff is very passionate about the environment and inspires/encourages each other daily. Awesome organization that has a history of defending/protecting our planet.

Cons

Absolutely no job security. Super stressful to meet weekly quotas. They tell you not to stress about making it, but if you don't make it for 2 weeks you're fired.... so stressing becomes second nature.

Pros

If it's something you are passionate about it's a very rewarding experience. You get the chance to meet other people who are just as passionate as you and travel to different locations. You don't only travel to work, you have the opportunity to participate in protests and rallies for great causes. There is a quota, just as everyone discusses, and just as every other sales position. The people I worked with were amazing and helped each other out if it looked like someone was on their second week of not hitting their mark. We would give each other the sale, no question. My team was very compassionate, as well as competitive.

Cons

I will agree it should be more than two weeks of not hitting quotas before you get canned. Sometimes locations stink. We were always given the option to work an extra day if needed.
