Pros

Make a real contribution to the world working with Greenpeace,.Co-workers are passionate about saving threatened areas of the world and endangered species,, friendly, and helpful. Work outside.recruiting new members and educating people about critical environmental issues campaigns and previous victories

Cons

Poor, inadequate training and communication. No steady work schedule. Work of new-member recruitment is done by stopping strangers (passers-by0 to tell them about an important environmental issue, what Greenpeace is working to solve the issue, and how they've succeeded before . It's tough work -- I imagine harder than "cold calling"
