Pros

The field work can be a lot of fun while canvassing. The co-workers were amazing, and the office culture is very uplifting.

Cons

4 out of the 10 people in my orientation group made it to staff after the trial period. After that, 3 of the 4 of us failed to meet quota and were let go unceremoniously. It's a great cause and can be a lot of fun, but you must kick booty at this job if you want to make it. Leadership was all over the place. There are some great people working, but communication is not their strong suit.

Pros

Tons of opportunities to move around within the org. Great atmosphere with a laid-back environment and everyone is very friendly.

Cons

Pay is not as great as the private sector. Company needs to work on being more inclusive of diverse people.
