Pros

If you care about the environment and want to make a difference in a fun way this can be a great job. you get to work with enthusiastic people. My manager was great.

Cons

The organisation only cares about its activists and people that work in the office. Despite their claims, the actions don't show they care about fundraising people at all.

Pros

There are no definitely no pros to working for this company

Cons

Standing from 10am to 615pm 5 days a week hours are non negotiable have to earn 150 a week in donations or your fired which is unrealistic, this ''non profit"company is very money focused and who knows if the money that people donate actually goes toward the cause and not into the pocket of the CEO
