Pros

Excellent team, everyone I worked with including supervisors and fundraising managers were lovely. Positive work, empowering. Fundraising is in-house, training directly from the NGO. My training was at their London Headquarters, vegetarian lunch and travel provided.

Cons

Target driven. Though supervisors are supportive, if you don't hit target youre gone. Not a good job if you have bills and rent. Signups vary depending on site and weather. Quiet site and bad weather and you've had it.
