Pros

amazing learning opportunities, scope of work is immense, awesome projects and great digital / tech innovation at each step

Cons

pathetic politics in the name of activism, feeble understanding of movements and intersectionality and even dynasty politics!! so much sexism! no respect for hard working earnest employees who are there genuinely for a cause

Great place to work

Pros

Flexible work schedules and dress. Compensation and benefits are competitive for a nonprofit in this region. 6% 401K match and very low cost employee benefits. Opportunities for non traditional training ( boat driving, scouting, climbing)

Cons

Commuting subsidy is lower than what is required to commute from the end of the lines. Things can change rapidly and it can be difficult to keep up with all that is going on.
