Pros

Absolutely the best experience I have had. Loved the kindred souls I worked with (for five day, while I tried to make quota) Such a learning and growing experience if you really care about the cause. I can say I loved the experience even if I ended up dead tired after each day but it also could of been the stress I had trying to make quota. -Beautiful individuals who are passionate about what they do -Fabulous supportive supervisors -Growing experience, you are with beautiful conservationists and you are as well an activist and part of the movement! I am who I am now because of Greenpeace. -Learning experience that helps with ANY job. -It seemed like I was paired with only the bestest activist or maybe I'm wrong and they're all fabulous beings and canvassers, but on my last day I got introduced to musical medicine and had such a fabulous stressful day filled with tears after I was let go. And more tears for the next few days. And still when I think about it. -Meet Scott, Kristina and Travis my deepest love for you three

Cons

-Making QUOTA (it's understandable but make it a lot more reasonable) the days I was there that word became a nightmare -If you have been a fabulous canvasser and don't make quota for I believe two weeks you are let go And there went a friend if you're of course still there -The STRESS of making quota

Pros

You're not in an office. Work days start varyingly from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. You talk to a lot of different people every day. The work is for a good cause, saving the planet. Possibility to make lasting friendships with co-workers, because you work one-on-one with them daily. Socials once a week after the work day. Choose your own days off every week. Ability to move up quickly if you have what it takes.

Cons

Standing outside 6 hours each day on the streets, regardless of weather, unless it's 0 degrees or lower. High rejection rate - 500 people will walk by you and 470 of them will most likely tell you no without stopping. Office is cliquey. 6 hour days, so if you want to make near 40 hours a week you have to work 6 days a week.
