Pros

If you can meet your quota early on, you can stand around and essentially do nothing (if that floats your boat). No dress code and very lax culture.

Cons

Long, unfulfilling days that make you feel like a slave. Encounter a lot of negativity from the public and are emotionally exhausted. On your feet all day. You get threatened, things thrown at you, and are generally in a position where you are disliked and looked upon as a mere solicitor of money. However, this description is for the position where you are sent into the field to raise funds and gather "sponsors".

Pros

Are there any? Some people are overpaid, good for them. Remote work.

Cons

Lack of values and huge failure in leadership in management. Laid people off consistently over the past few years. Not a stable or fun place to work. JEDI program is a symbolic joke.
