      You can find excellent salaries and benefits at this company and with the right attitud growth opportunities as well. Depends on you.

      Cons

      Very abusive management style: bosses yell at employees, a lot of negativism towards good employees that are not willing to "partner" with the management style.

      You are given a leeway to do what you think is right and important for the benefit of the organisation.

      Cons

      I can say that there is no clearly an outlined path for career progression. It is difficult to get into. Senior management does not seem to have a great level of expertise.
