Pros

Part of a large multinational holding

Cons

- if your are a manager or above you actually won’t be employee, you will be obey to sign a contract and “be part “ of a business, where your salary isn’t really a salary but a “participation” ... so forgery about your legal rights and employee compensations . - there is a serious lack of leadership from the management positions, despite a good effort from the CEO, that thinks that what he believes is follow by his group of directors ... which is not the case It’s is amazing that they just received the “great place to work” achievement ... I am sure that at least for now it isn’t the place where you would like to work , unless you like a place where responsibility , commitment and results are outscored by how well you are licking your boss boots ... really disappointed

Pros

You learn a lot about how corporations work, you learn how to sell like a champ, because you sell more expensive products than your competitors

Cons

Retail is always stressful, as a manager, take vacations at your own risk because your inventory might get lost and you will have to pay for it
