The company has poor credit. This due to an inability adapt to how the U.S. does business. They have jumped into the USA with little research and is paying for this misstep. This is a microcosm of the issue with the company. The upper management does not understand logistics, the market, sales techniques, nor the American workforce. Which has led to the best employees leaving and leaving the ones left in place under a great strain to due multiple jobs. If you are considering a career with this company, they will say it is in startup mode. However , it has been in business in the US for 4 years, it's cannot be considered a start up any longer.
