Pros

This company is VERY successful in Mexico and Latin America. Recently came under new Leadership that seems very competent and focused on overcoming past management practices and leadership. In US, this business is in start up mode, so there is a lot of job opportunities. Very modern manufacturing machines, tooling and production areas. They have spent big bucks to mirror the offices and factories they have in Mexico which are state of the art. Great benefits. Nice office and warehouse environment. Good people.

Cons

Company is paying for the leadership of the past. Lots of chaos and some translation issues with company programs/counterparts in US vs Mexico. Structure and culture in Latin America struggling to fit into American Workforce.

Pros

Some of the people are great and want to do a good job, unfortunately, they have all left or will leave because of the complete disorder, lack of professionalism, poor management and the list goes on.

Cons

Nothing was planned before this company decided to expand into the US. From selecting locations to hiring people, nothing about them is organized. They have no clue how business is done here. Expectations are completely ridiculous. IF they pay their suppliers, you can bet it is months past due.
