Brand new equipment, growing fast, very active

Cons

If you only speak English, you have just set yourself up for failure....After almost 2.5yrs in the US market; this company does not provide its US employees with English policies. The reason is that if you set your English speaking employees to fail you can then transfer other employees into the US with an L1 visa....The company is under the same management just a little restructured.

Rotoplas knowledge of rotational molding technology is outstanding with 30 years in the field, Their attempt in developing and producing large size tanks of 8,500 to 12000 gallons.

Cons

Due to their pursuits in entering into US markets but our development procedures, we believe in performing trials to ensure a sound process is confirm prior to ramp-up to production level / saleable products. In addition, Understand that US mind -set of saleable product exterior appearance is just important.
