They don't seem to care your welfare, you can't have any belongs on your desk, they discount you days of your salary even if it was their mistake and there is no reimbursement... they also don't care for the relationship between employees, I saw several times women being molested by bosses or partners.
The bosses and directors are not nice at all. It's common for them to yell at you in meetings. If something is not done when the bosses ask for it they can fire the entire team, even if they ask for something impossible.
They don't seem to care the development of employees, it's rare employees at the group to speak English or to be certified in some technology, and the company doesn't pay for preparation.
They hire and fire a third of their emolyees once or twice a year. When they fire you they say that it's random decision and the next day they have replaced you with whoever applies.
They don't care for your personal or family life, the minimum time to work each day is 12 hours and personaly I worked much more than that some days. Even 48 hours straight..! You can also work on Saturdays because you signed it at your contract.
The overall skills of the employees is below average because they hire almost anyone..
They don't use any methodology or tool to ease the daily work, like versioning or a vpn, you don't have even a laptop. Some informational websites are blocked by the proxy..!
There is lack of support between areas, for example, we were supposed to reuse code from another department and they refused to share, this denotes that there are a lot of problems between directors...
The directors don't know what to do.. They waste your time asking you for projects that are very likely to be cancelled. (It happened twice in a month)
I had the worst time working at the group and I would not consider joining back even if I had a very well paid position.
