Great Company with a lot of daily challenges, you can find smart and engaged people that love what they are doing.

Cons

Leadership is not about persons is about results, money and no matter what you need to get the goals. You can find some employees that are working in the same position for a long time and they are laziest and toxics but they have a good relation with some important person and is impossible to move them, is so frustrating to try to work differently.
