At least you get paid, low, but you get paid

Cons

Anti-productive policies, many bosses who are useless, very bad work environment, scrum methodologies are not followed, Sprints are not well planned, a lot of work time is wasted in unproductive meetings, you are forced to pass unproductive courses that have nothing to do with your area of work. And the best of the worst, you get fired and they don't notify you or say goodbye or show their face.
