Pros

Amazing coworkers and team atmosphere. Although it is a competitive, commission-led job, all the people working have a team mentality and are quick to help you with anything you need.

Cons

The hours are brutal and since your pay is based on commission, you will find yourself working 12 hour days uncertain if you will make any money from it. At the end of the day, the sales were not great, so commission was not high enough to make the time and stress worth it.

The only good thing was a few very good and talented coworkers, most of the didn't last 6 months.

Cons

Lowest of the lowest salary's, there is a lot of rude, disrespect, manipulating from people with higher positions, many times HR has been informed about many situations and they always turned a blind eye. Overtime with no pay is an everyday thing, I ve had to stay till midnight or even till dawn, not a penny more in my paycheck
