1.Good infrastructure 2.Good teamwork 3.Got to learn new things

Cons

1. You will learn to work on tools like ServiceNow so don't think you get to code a lot. 2. There is discrimination in salary based on the CGPA you got in the college( for freshers). 3. Don't expect much on appraisal even if you work on 3 projects simultaneously unless you are your manager's favorite. 4.As a fresher you will thrown into any project irrespective of your skill

1)9.30 working hours is too harsh. HCL should value its employee's time. 2)Salary. Very less in hand when compared to CTC. 3) Personal interest of freshers are not cared. They are put in wherever requirement is present.
