Job, Work Environment and Place of Work
Pros
It is a kind of a start for your career! However if you are looking for place to grow then it is a must to set a target time when you have to make your move to another place - no more than a 3-6 months.
Cons
People talk in their native language (depending on region). If you you are native English speaker you will find it a bit disrespectful and very much unprofessional especially when your boss tells you that there will be a language barrier right on the very first interview. Offices Smell and environment is very dirty..not mentioning the toilets with very pool hygiene. think twice before you agree to do any form of job. Usually it is very difficult to get a fast desktop/laptop to work with in order to perform you duties within the given time of your contracted hours. Therefore almost every day you have to continue on the way back or at home to catch up with the slow internet provided by the company. Salaries are extremely low so consider it if and only if you have no other option. Company is not big though consisting of small teams of people working on individual project. Once the project is over they and in waiting for the next project to arrive you are placed on so called beach where you are paid even less the UK Employment law should allow. Yeah I know not pleasant feeling. All internal jobs are only advertised for Indian nationals with locations only in India. No local opportunities are advertised internally so you can make you career development and progress.
