No pros full of politics and no growth if you stay for even 5 years hike after only 2years of joining maximum 90000 per year and then no hike after your maximum efforts and performance. Either you need to choose that single hike or to get promoted to other role without hike.

Induction and Exit Process with the HR team was nice.

Cons

General work environment was not great and kt and other help from seniors was not satisfactory. Manager did not respect time.
