Good company to work with if one prefers the IT Service Industry. Been here for a short period but liked the company culture and the basic infrastructure required to be a IT Service Company is there in abundance and well structured.My opinion is a successful work place is a place where yo build relations in regards to people, co-workers, executives and whoever we may in contact with. Bottom line is life is built on building relationships and making sure everyone is valued.
Cons
HCL is one of the nicer company of technical IT people with very good management participation to entry level employees. I have learned in classroom training with specific job-related skills. We enjoy free coffee, tea provided by the company and monthly team potluck and birthday celebrations.
