You are just a number to them, they ended my contract due to cost. I was really thinking about if I should post here or not and I need to tell others. Their system tracking through myHCL sucks, their IT help desk will absolutely try to avoid you or push you to the next person. The company they had me contract to work with was being billed by hcl for roles that didn't even make sense, some people were doing nothing all day when others were doing everything. When your contract is up, their "hr rep" does nothing to help but tells you that you have two more weeks to be chosen for another client contract or you are fully let go. Their process for applying is riddled with errors and IT tickets that never get answered. This company is a liability for your career. I don't recommend it.

Pathetic company to work for Probation period is 12 months as per offer letter received but management has not ended my probation period even after 15 months
