1) if you don't leave or look for job outside forget about any increment 2) they will either give you increment or a promotion. It's a trick. 3) too many variable component in the salary, what you get in hand at last is too less so be wise 4) PLEASE CHECK THE BASE SALARY while joining. Hcl is a type of company where ppl feel comfortable n stay for long tenure. So when you check your gratuity while leaving, you will be very very disappointed. 5) Forgot about work life balance.
