      Good Place to work, but depends on projects

      Pros

      If you get assigned to some good projects, HCL is a good place to work, sometimes even fun place.. flexible work hours, friendly work environment, challenging work tasks, decent salary ;-)

      Cons

      HCL bench is a nightmare. Poor HR and work allocation cell. You don't get mapped to proper requirements, lot of follow-ups would be required to get some updates from HR/WPC.

      Pros

      Opportunity to meet customers and provide solutions. The team from HCL was good and was mostly supportive. Quality of work met customer needs most of the time.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. It is expected that people work 6-7 daya a week. Information was not always shared so the deliverables to the customer, at times, was not up to par.

      Widespread incompetency at middle/senior management levels. Poor work ethic, management lacks professionalism and has no respect for co workers
