      Very good place to work specially in HCL EAI division

      Pros

      Descent pay, Good health insurance and challenging projects, A lot to learn from fellow collegue. HCL EAI spceially a nice division to work in HCL tech I am not too sure about other divisions. Very good projects not like other consulting companies where in you would be managed by Client management .

      Pros

      Paycheck comes ontime while on job. Benefits are very competitive. Some of the process areas are automated.

      Cons

      No career growth. No recognition. Disparity of treatment during appraisal. Human Resource and Senior Management doesn't care employees. Hard to get things done (have to flip flop b/w Sunnyvale and Noida offices).

      Pros

      Employee First Philosophy and the flexbility in work environment. The energy, passion and self believe makes it a unique place to work. This is an excellent ground for learning. If you work here for 2-3 years and you are successful the chances are that you can thrive anywhere in the world. HCL does not believe in hierarchy, if you have the capabilty then you can take charge of the situation. Have an idea then go ahead and excute it. Fresh ideas even failed does not lead you to slap on the wrist. Out of the box thinkings are encouraged

      Cons

      Start up culture. Too aggresive sometimes. Impatient. Old timers sometimes get at the wrong end of the stick
