Bad work environment. Zero work-life balance. The team I was on had zero organization and zero direction. Moreover, they tried to sneak a contract for less than the originally agreed upon salary for the position. I would recommend to steer clear if you can help it. I’ve since heard from others that had very similar experiences at HCL. Seems to be a common thread.

Poor mangement. Managers play favorites and do not advance based on merit. No raises no matter your performance. Poor pay. Highly disorganized. Misleading hiring, will say there is room for advancement where there isn't, and the only people who advance are buddies of the managers. Managers fraternize with employees and HR so you can go to HR when you have an issue. Managers are not present. So disorganized! Constant inaccuracy in documents and procedures. You will be villanized if you question anything! Especially your manager, watch out. Was a waste of my time. Could have been working for a company thar values hard work over whether or not you go bowling or play golf with them on the weekend.
