Less salary . Annual appraisal very bad. There is less development project.

You will never get your full CTC amount, whatever is on your variable pay you are bound to lose. Very low package, since they want high margins, almost 80% margins from customer billing. Most projects are low quality ones and they take up the ones which are passed over by other major MNCs in the field. They are not able to manage the projects well, so you will keep rotating to bench once a year atleast. Older employees at the company keep getting lower salary as they progress. Its a not pyramid structure that they have, rather a rectangular one. Nothing to cheer about in this company
