Flexible Culture and great place to work in

Pros

- Flexible, great bosses and role model, good working collegues - good place to learn, provided there are opportunities - culture is good and flexible - bosses are nice and minimum politics is observed

Cons

- Company keep cutting cost and does not have salary adjustment/increment. - office equipment is old and they dont tend to change it regardlessly - management in India keeps wanting to reduce the benefit and use the model that india has been practicing. - hiring frozen and management are only putting priority on indian resources.

great colleagues and bosses good salary good work life balance

Cons

not a lot of learning opportunities although they had some online training tool they have a 40 or more miles policy to get per diem. if you are local (you live at the project site) there no perks (car rental, per diem, hotel / app allowance ).
