      Wow.....Its great to be part of HCL. I thrilled me throughout my tenure with HCL and still thrills me.

      Pros

      Its a culture, career opportunities and recognition which keeps me stick to HCL. Also the flavor of Relationship Beyond Contract which keep a connect stronger and to learn more from customer. Ideapreneurship, its really motivating to engage on business opportunities and show case your business acumen. What's more, its rewarding as well.

      Cons

      Nothing really to talk about. Some problems does persist but hardly take an edge on positive points.

      1. Good culture. Value employees. 2. Provide good oppurtunity for individual growth like trainings, seminars, webinars 3. You can set individual career goals and work towards them

      Cons

      1. Salary is not the best 2. Because of the entreprenueral culture, there is a downside that sometimes, the mandate and charter of different teams or employees could be confusing as it is always evloving.

      Pros

      Its a forward thinking organization. There is lot of commitment to do the best for the client at every level - not just the senior leadership. HCL has this EFCS mantra that enables those at the front line - customer facing - those who really make sense for HCL to win its bread every day in every transaction resulting in customer delight! It is clearly a relation beyond contract. Each employee going full 9 yard to deliver what is promised.

      Cons

      Internal Job Posting and transition to and from Bench can be alarmingly bad. It leaves a very bad taste that it might trigger a thought of getting a job outside HCL can be easier than fitting in a decent internal job posting inside HCL. This is true even if you are an outstanding performer for years together! Salary is not top of the industry. HRs throw tantrum at you that they make you feel, the salary you are getting is the top salary in HCL for the career level offered. And then there is this recent shift to Role Based organization that has its toll on every HCLite!!!
