Pros

OK if you have little experience

Cons

Poor training, constantly changing policies, poor communication, poor management, constant back-biting, poor mentors and/or lead techs, more concerned about the number of calls taken than about quality of service to the customer.Shaky contracts with customers = poor job security.

- Good to gain entry level experience, that's - Nice Break Rooms

Cons

-They pay well below the average for a position vs. other businesses - No transparency in their promotion process - Pay raises are a joke.... $0.16/hour ... come on!! - They are cheap all around and cut corners
